Shipping Policy
Shipping Speed
We offer shipping to most pincodes in India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. In most cases, orders are shipped the next day, provided:
- Card security checks are complete
- Payment has been received
- Stock availability is confirmed
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. During peak seasons or holidays, there may be processing and shipping delays.
Based on the pincode, we assign a suitable courier for your shipment. In case of shipping delays, we will either seek your permission to delay the shipment or partially ship the order as per your confirmation. Any balance amount will be refunded within 24-48 hours.
Order Tracking

Refusal to Accept / Undelivered Shipments
If you refuse to accept the delivered product, the return service cost will be deducted from your refund. However, if the shipping partner fails to deliver due to their own fault, no charges will be applied.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by the Customer
Customers can cancel their order only if the order status is still "Pending" in their Order History. To cancel, you may:
- Use the Account section on our website
- Email us if you face any issues
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Aruvi Naturals reserves the right to determine whether an order qualifies for cancellation. However, returns may still be processed under our refund policy.
Cancellation by Aruvi Naturals
Aruvi Naturals reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been received. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error by the customer (e.g., incorrect/incomplete address or recipient unavailability), any extra re-delivery costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
Returns and Replacements
If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our products, we accept returns and offer a refund or replacement as per your preference. Returns must be initiated within five days of receiving the product. However, if the product is not in its original packaging or has been used/partially consumed, Aruvi Naturals reserves the right to determine the refund amount.
Transit Damage, Manufacturing Defects, or Wrong Products
In rare cases where:
- The product is damaged during transit
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The wrong product is delivered
We will replace the item at no additional cost. To request a replacement or return, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. For transit damage claims, please take photos within 24 hours of delivery and email them to info@aruvinaturals.in or call the customer care number mentioned on the product label.
To request a replacement, email us your Order Number or Invoice copy along with the reason for the return. Do not send the product back until you receive confirmation from us.
Lost Shipments
If a product is lost in transit and not delivered, a full refund will be issued. We will wait 30 days from the expected delivery date before considering the product lost. This period may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery routes.
Returning Products
For products being returned due to transit damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect delivery, we will arrange a free doorstep pickup through our logistics partner. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and affix the provided shipping label to the package.
In rare cases where a pickup cannot be arranged, we recommend using a reputed courier service with tracking. Aruvi Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled returned packages. Refund of shipping costs is at our discretion and will be confirmed before you ship the product.
Once we receive the returned product, a replacement will be dispatched within 5 working days. If a replacement cannot be sent within this time, we will issue a refund.
There are no additional shipping charges for delivering replacement products due to transit damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 days. Refunds are typically initiated within 48 hours of confirmation. If payments are routed through third-party partners, it may take 3-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
